Primary school in our tea garden which provides education till 8th class. Teachers are provided by the government of West Bengal. After the 8th class – the kids go to Darjeeling town for higher education which is 4 km from the plantation.

Sports facilities are also available in our plantation for worker and family
The company provides funds to buy the family a cow in order to generate self employment by selling milk to making compost for our Plantation
The workers also grow their own organic vegetables for family consumption.
